Newsweek of "Were All Socialists Now" fame

has the Democrats up 5% where as all other polls has Republicans average ahead by an average of 12%

Bringing down the Generic Poll down to 6% ...How does Newsweek have the Democrats ahead when everyone else doesn't???

Is it trying to manipulate the result?

By creating enthuiasm? by this Poll?
